Return Policy 

Images/pictures shown may or may not be exact product, please verify description before ordering.

Wholesale Trailer Supplies customer service must be notified by email of the customers intent to return product(s) within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer. Customer must obtain authorization from Wholesale Trailer Supplies before a product can be returned. All returned merchandise (return postage paid by customer) is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items shipped in error by Wholesale Trailer Supplies will be allowed full credit upon return of product. All products returned must be in original box, original packaging, unused, and all parts included. Product cannot be returned if a special order from manufacturer. Wholesale Trailer Supplies is not responsible for B/O timeframes and delays. 


Wholesale Trailer Supplies is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against carrier for any lost merchandise. Wholesale Trailer Supplies will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for loss or damage, providing you have filed a claim with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.  If windows are ordered, please be aware that you will need to work with UPS directly if the window is damaged.  We will ship windows as tightly and secure as possible, however, sometimes the windows can be broken in transit.  WTS will not replace damaged windows.

 

If a false claim is filed against WTS, there will be a $25.00 fee charged to your credit card to cover the dispute charge through our credit card system.
