Wholesale Trailer Supplies customer service must be notified by email of the customers intent to return product(s) within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer. Customer must obtain authorization from Wholesale Trailer Supplies before a product can be returned. All returned merchandise (return postage paid by customer) is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items shipped in error by Wholesale Trailer Supplies will be allowed full credit upon return of the product. All products returned must be in original box, original packaging, unused, and all parts included. The product cannot be returned if a special order from the manufacturer. Wholesale Trailer Supplies is not responsible for B/O timeframes and delays.
Wholesale Trailer Supplies is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against shipping carriers for any lost merchandise or damaged product. Wholesale Trailer Supplies will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for loss or damage, providing you have filed a claim with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
If windows or trim are ordered, please be aware that you will need to work with UPS or other carrier directly if the window or trim is damaged. We will ship windows and trim as tightly and secure as possible, however, sometimes the windows and/or trim can be broken or bent in transit. WTS will not replace or refund damaged windows or trim. If you ordered the wrong size of window or trim, they cannot be returned for replacement or refund. Make sure sizing is correct before ordering.
If a false claim is filed against WTS, there will be a $25.00 fee charged to your credit card to cover the disputed charge through our credit card system.
